Crestview Apartments

AY Remodeling & Restoration completed a large-scale occupied multi-family exterior renovation project at Crestview Apartments in Louisville, Kentucky. The project included full siding replacement, exterior painting, trim and door painting, and exterior upgrades across 17 apartment buildings and the leasing office. Designed to modernize the appearance of the community, the renovations significantly improved curb appeal while enhancing the overall exterior durability and long-term appearance of the property.

In addition to the exterior renovations, our team completed new community amenity improvements including a dog park and playground area to enhance the resident experience throughout the property. The completed renovations helped transform the overall look and feel of the apartment community while maintaining safe and efficient operations within an occupied environment.
