We could not have been happier with Ayman and the entire AY crew! When selecting a contractor to assist with remodeling two bathrooms and reconfiguring part of our basement space we had three priorities: 1. Quality of work, 2. Responsiveness, and 3. Reasonable cost. AY knocked it out of the park on all fronts. Ayman is incredibly responsive, any time day or night, the work product was excellent, and the cost of services was less than another contractor we interviewed. As with any construction project, some challenges arise, but his team addressed immediately. We would 100% recommend AY for folks in need of remodeling or restoration services!

AY remodeling did an amazing job remodeling my 30 year old bathroom. The crew was extremely conscientious and considerate of my home. They finished the job swiftly even handling a few hiccups along the way that would occur in an older home. The craftsmanship was well done and all my vision executed. Ayman was very easy to work with including strong communication and timeliness in appointments and delivery of product. I definitely recommend this company.

Ayman and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with! They were incredibly professional, provided us with daily updates, respected our home so much and went the extra mile to ensure things stayed clean and organized throughout the construction process, and delivered a beautiful finished product! We could not be happier and will be using there services again for our next project! I truly cannot recommend them enough!!

We had AY Remodeling out at our place a couple months ago to replace rotten wood around the house, do some flashing on the exterior and repair the sun room area. They also painted the complete exterior of our home and completed some internal general work. We are so happy with the work that was done. Ayman is great to work with and his team did a great job. Any concerns we had were quickly resolved. They were very understanding and reasonable. Would absolutely recommend AY Remodeling to anyone looking for interior/exterior work on their home.

I contacted AY regarding a major remodeling project on our basement. Following several flooding events, we had to have our basement torn apart, essentially, in order to install an interior footer drain. In addition to refinishing the basement, the interior drain seriously complicated the refinishing process because no screws could be used to attach new studs to the concrete, as this would have punctured the plastic wall encapsulation and voided the warranty for the entire drain system. I also wanted to add a shower and hook ups for a future kitchenette in case we needed an in-law suite.
I had another contractor recommended by the foundation company give me a quote, but from talking with the estimator I wasn't confident they understood the challenges refinishing would entail. Ayman came and gave me a very detailed description of how they would proceed to refinish the basement (including some defects in the ceiling which were present prior to the project). This included using liquid nails to secure the new studs, which would keep punctures out of the drain system on the walls and preserve my warranty. While the AY estimate was higher, I felt they were going to provide a MUCH larger scope of repair to my basement, and I was very confident I would not have any warranty issues based on how they would reconstruct everything.
The project ended up taking a month, and communication throughout was excellent. I knew when the crew would be at my house and was kept well informed about what was going on, and my feedback was promptly actioned. The crew was very respectful of our home, and made sure our floors were well protected against the foot traffic in and out. There was no down time, which demonstrates they are very well logistically coordinated. I have had previous contractors come do part of a job, only to have the follow-on teams not complete their portion for days, this was NOT the case with AY. This job required not only framing and drywall, but electrical, plumbing, concrete cutting (shower drain connection to the discharge system), paint, carpet, and tile. Each team was scheduled seamlessly with the next, which I very much appreciated.
The final product exceeded my expectations. The drywall work needed several access points for the foundation drain, water shut off valves, and an inspection port for our radon pump. These were all very neatly installed. The shower is phenomenal, and the bathroom refresh certainly adds some value to the house. When the crew was done with everything, the carpet looked new (this is saying something, it's been rolled up under furniture for months while the foundation of the house has been jackhammered, and drywall has been sanded and painted) despite a long, dirty multiple project process. If you walked into the basement you wouldn't know that 30 days ago it looked like it had been practically vandalized.
I won't be shopping contractors again; Ayman will be my first and only call. They won't be your cheapest quote, but the service, professionalism, and quality work they provide are priceless.
