Ayman and his crew were great to work with. They were reliable, easy to contact, kept us up to date on the project, provided quality work, respected our property and our neighbors. There were no surprises and what was quoted is what was paid. If we were unsatisfied or wanted something different, we were accommodated.  We have referred AY Renovations to everyone! I’m someone who does a lot of research and honestly doesn’t trust easily. I couldn’t find anything negative in my search about AY… and trust me, I tried. That definitely stood out to me. After working with Ayman and the AY crew, I can confidently say there’s a reason for that. From the very beginning, they were personable, professional, and respectful of my time and my home. Even though I’m sure they have multiple projects going on, they made me feel like I was a priority.

I live in a 100+ year old house that hasn’t always been well maintained. My goal has been to repair and preserve it so it can last for many more years. It’s a bit of a mess, but I’m pretty fond of my home. I had issues from the crawlspace all the way up to the floors, including wood rot, uneven/weak spots, and structural concerns. One thing I appreciate is their transparency. Ayman walked me through what needed to be prioritized versus what could wait, and gave realistic expectations on cost. He was upfront that once they got into things, there could be hidden structural damage that would impact pricing and made sure I understood that ahead of time so there were no surprises. When I say communication was great, I mean it. They provided updates every single day, including photos and videos. I got to see everything from the structural damage they uncovered to the progress being made, all the way to the finished result. This gave me a lot of peace of mind and there was no wondering where they were at in the process or what was happening. There was a slight hiccup with my flooring delivery and since my floors were completely torn up, I couldn’t live in my home during that time. They really went to bat for me to get that resolved and worked hard to make sure the flooring got delivered as quickly as possible so I could move back in sooner rather than later. After years of walking on uneven, weak floors, I cannot even explain how amazing it feels to now have solid, level flooring and it looks beautiful!The quality of their work really speaks for itself and I will definitely be using them again!
