Sandstone Apartments in Greenwood, Indiana is a large-scale multi-family project that included both new construction and extensive renovations to the existing property. Phase II consisted of the ground-up construction of five three-story buildings, adding 120 new apartment homes with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
In addition to new construction, our team completed exterior and interior upgrades across Phase I of the community. This included updated siding, refreshed building exteriors, and improvements to shared spaces such as the clubhouse and leasing office, fitness center, and pool area. The pool deck was enhanced with the addition of an outdoor kitchen to create a more modern and functional resident experience.
Site and amenity upgrades were also a key part of the project, including the addition of pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a bark park. From new construction to full-property improvements, this project highlights our ability to manage and execute large-scale, multi-phase developments with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term value.
